Post Queue · Last updated: June 30, 2026
Post Queue helps people upload, schedule, and cross-post videos to connected social media accounts. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we share it, and how you can ask us to delete it.
Post Queue only uses connected-platform data to provide the posting and analytics features you ask for. This can include reading post performance metrics after publication. We do not sell connected-account data, use it for advertising, or use it to train machine learning models.
When you connect YouTube, Post Queue uses YouTube API Services. Your YouTube use is also governed by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke Google access at Google account permissions.
Twitter/X, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Bluesky, Threads, Pinterest, Google Business, and other supported platforms may receive the content and metadata required to publish the posts you schedule. Those platforms process that information under their own terms and privacy policies.
We share information only when needed to operate Post Queue: with the social platforms you connect, Stripe for billing, Cloudflare R2 for media storage, hosting and security providers, support tools, and legal or safety authorities when required. We do not sell your personal information.
Social tokens are encrypted at rest. Uploaded video files are temporary: abandoned uploads expire after one hour, scheduled uploads expire after the scheduled post window, and queued uploads expire after dispatch or after the queue retention window. We keep account, connected-account, media metadata, billing-status, and posting records while your account is active or while needed for support, security, legal, or accounting reasons.
You can disconnect a social account from Post Queue or revoke access directly from the platform. You can also request deletion of your Post Queue account, connected-account tokens, uploaded media, and scheduled-post records by contacting support. Deleting data from Post Queue does not automatically remove posts already published on connected platforms such as Twitter/X, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Bluesky, Threads, Pinterest, or Google Business.
Post Queue is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy as the service changes. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and provide notice in the service or by email when appropriate.
Questions, privacy requests, and deletion requests can be sent to support@post-queue.com.
