Privacy Policy

Post Queue · Last updated: June 30, 2026

Overview

Post Queue helps people upload, schedule, and cross-post videos to connected social media accounts. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we share it, and how you can ask us to delete it.

Information We Collect

  • Account information, such as your email address and password hash.
  • Uploaded videos, filenames, post titles, descriptions, tags, and schedules.
  • Post performance metrics from connected platforms, such as likes, comments, reshares, views, platform post identifiers, and collection errors.
  • Connected account details from current and planned platforms, including Twitter/X, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Bluesky, Threads, Pinterest, and Google Business. This can include account identifiers, display names, OAuth tokens, and token refresh data.
  • Subscription status and Stripe customer identifiers. Stripe processes payment card details; Post Queue does not store full card numbers.
  • Basic technical information such as browser, device, IP address, cookies, and app activity needed for login, security, support, and product reliability.

How We Use Information

  • To create and secure your account.
  • To connect your chosen social media accounts.
  • To upload, schedule, publish, retry, and show the status of your posts.
  • To fetch and show post performance metrics for posts you publish through Post Queue.
  • To manage subscriptions, billing status, support requests, and service notices.
  • To prevent abuse, investigate errors, and keep the service reliable.

Connected Platforms

Post Queue only uses connected-platform data to provide the posting and analytics features you ask for. This can include reading post performance metrics after publication. We do not sell connected-account data, use it for advertising, or use it to train machine learning models.

When you connect YouTube, Post Queue uses YouTube API Services. Your YouTube use is also governed by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke Google access at Google account permissions.

Twitter/X, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Bluesky, Threads, Pinterest, Google Business, and other supported platforms may receive the content and metadata required to publish the posts you schedule. Those platforms process that information under their own terms and privacy policies.

How We Share Information

We share information only when needed to operate Post Queue: with the social platforms you connect, Stripe for billing, Cloudflare R2 for media storage, hosting and security providers, support tools, and legal or safety authorities when required. We do not sell your personal information.

Storage, Security, and Retention

Social tokens are encrypted at rest. Uploaded video files are temporary: abandoned uploads expire after one hour, scheduled uploads expire after the scheduled post window, and queued uploads expire after dispatch or after the queue retention window. We keep account, connected-account, media metadata, billing-status, and posting records while your account is active or while needed for support, security, legal, or accounting reasons.

Deletion and Revocation

You can disconnect a social account from Post Queue or revoke access directly from the platform. You can also request deletion of your Post Queue account, connected-account tokens, uploaded media, and scheduled-post records by contacting support. Deleting data from Post Queue does not automatically remove posts already published on connected platforms such as Twitter/X, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Bluesky, Threads, Pinterest, or Google Business.

Children

Post Queue is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and provide notice in the service or by email when appropriate.
