These Terms govern your use of Post Queue, a service for uploading, scheduling, and cross-posting video content to connected social media accounts. By using Post Queue, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
You must be able to enter into a binding agreement to use Post Queue. You are responsible for your account, password, connected social accounts, scheduled posts, uploaded media, and all activity under your account.
Current and planned connected platforms include Twitter/X, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Bluesky, Threads, Pinterest, Google Business, and other supported accounts. When you connect an account, you authorize Post Queue to use the granted permissions to show account information, store access tokens, upload media, schedule posts, publish posts, show publishing status, and show analytics and performance counts for posts you published through Post Queue.
You are responsible for following each platform's rules, community guidelines, API terms, and advertising or commerce rules. If you use Post Queue with YouTube, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.
You keep ownership of the videos, captions, tags, and other content you upload or schedule. You grant Post Queue the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, and publish that content according to your instructions. You confirm that you have all rights and permissions needed for the content you upload and post.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscription access depends on successful payment and may be limited, suspended, or ended if payment fails. Unless a checkout page says otherwise, refund requests must be sent to support within 24 hours of the first purchase.
Publishing depends on third-party platforms, platform reviews, API availability, account permissions, storage providers, and network access. Scheduled posts may fail or be delayed for reasons outside Post Queue's control. We may change, pause, or stop features as needed to maintain the service or comply with platform requirements.
You may stop using Post Queue at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, fail to pay, or use connected platforms in a way that could harm Post Queue's platform access.
Post Queue is provided as is and as available. We do not promise uninterrupted service, successful posting on every platform, platform approval, audience reach, revenue, or any specific result. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Post Queue is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
We may update these Terms as the service changes. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and provide notice in the service or by email when appropriate.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@post-queue.com.
